Sydney Bokaba is the founder of SB Labeltech Solutions Pty Ltd and a seasoned FMCG plant maintenance specialist with over 30 years of hands on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
He began his career in 1993 at SAB as a Mechanical Fitter Technician and progressed into senior maintenance leadership roles across major FMCG operations, including Sasko, SAB and ABI, Coca Cola. His career has focused on ensuring equipment reliability, production continuity and audit ready plant operations.
Sydney has supported manufacturing plants across Southern Africa, including Namibia and Mozambique, and completed OEM training in Germany.
He leads SB Labeltech Solutions Pty Ltd with a clear focus on preventative maintenance, safety compliance and embedding maintenance into daily plant operations to help manufacturers reduce downtime and operate with confidence.
